Yesterday evening I was invited to a friend’s place, she organized a “Healthy evening with smoothies and natural cosmetics”. The products were from Vital & Natur, they have a whole range of skin care products -creams and lotions for body and face, massage oils, anti-ageing products, and even sun care products. I didn’t know that jojoba oil has natural sun-blocking properties, which can be translated as 5-7 sun block factor!
At the moment I don’t need any creams, I’m fully stocked, but if the need arises in the future I would go for their eye-cream. My eye area is extremely sensitive and I had to stop using all the products (creams and make-up) in the eye area. However, their eye cream gave me no reaction. I also loved the all-purpose face & body cream “Balance & Energy” and their face creams from Monte line.
The smoothies were delicious! We all received recipes we can test at home. The emphasis was on green ingredients, especially leaf green vegetables. Yummy! We also tried Prosecco with lavender juice, it was delicious!
I was challenged in understanding and speaking German, because everyone there was German speaking. The presentation of cosmetics was in German too. It’s a pity I couldn’t grasp the meaning of everything that was said, because I’m very interested in the topic. At least it gave me a kick in the butt to start improving my German!
I know this is already an old trend, but in my opinion it’s still hot! I’ve never been glamping but I would like to try once. Glamping doesn’t have much to do with camping because it’s too comfortable, except that the accommodation is placed directly in the nature.
I gathered some ideas on where to go glamping in Europe. Actually two locations I found are in Bled, Slovenia, and the other one is in Provence, France.
For your information: Glamping Bled is the cheapest option, the prices start at 51€ for two people per night. Prices at Garden Village Bled start with 80€ in pier tents in low season, and 160€ for tree houses and glamping tents (in low season as well). Bubble hotel in Provence starts with 108€ per night. Let yourself be inspired! 😉

Hi there! I’m so happy that I finally started replacing old cleaning products from Derek’s bathroom cupboard with ecological ones, one at a time. This was one of the things I said I would make sure of in our household: use only ecological, nature-friendly cleaning products.
I needed to wait til the old, opened ones were finished. It could’t have come at a better time that Bipa, Austria’s popular drugstore, introduced a green cleaning line, BI GOOD! I stole a picture online, I’m sure they won’t mind 😉
I like it because they have an entire line, also cleaning pads for dishwasher and detergent for the washing machine. All packaging is made our of recycled material and is recyclable. And the best thing: it’s very cheap! I spent under 10€ for 3 cleaning products. Here is what I got:
I already tested the “bad reiniger” and it smells great! Such an improvement from my old toxic cleaner… I almost choked each time. Not to even mention what a damage to environment, since it all goes down the pipes and into the rivers!
I feel so “green” right now! 🙂 I encourage everyone to start using ecological cleaning products! They work just as fine and they don’t damage the environment. If you do some searching, I’m sure you will be able to fine affordable ones.
See you later!
